Contemporary silver glass pendant with a shimmering metallic bronze and copper pattern, apparently abstract but in fact borrowed from the feathers of a Reeves Pheasant, part of the Patterns of the Bird World collection.
This pendant is made using a section of an original photograph of the male pheasant's magnificent feather patterns. The photograph is laser printed onto acetate, sealed and set under piece of thick domed glass which enhances and warps the shapes within the image. This also allows the silver to show through giving a metallic shimmering effect which mimics the sheen of the bird's feathers.
The charm is set into sterling silver and the pendant measures 20mm in diameter. Pendant is supplied on an 18" sterling silver box chain with bolt ring trigger clasp.
Presented in a black textured card gift box and complete with care instructions, anti tarnish slip, polishing cloth and information about the image used within the jewellery.
