Shutter Jewellery is a partner of Ecologi who plant a tree for every order over £45. Ecologi is the creation of three friends from Bristol who wanted to create a way for people to easily help the planet.

By planting trees with the help of Eden Reforestation Projects, they are replacing wildlife habitats lost through deforestation, planting carbon absorbing plants such as mangrove and employing local people to nurture the seedlings. 

Shutter Jewellery customers have already helped support projects in Mozambique and Madagascar. 

  

Returns and Exchanges

Wrong size? Delivery problems or item not as you expected?

Please get in touch within 14 days to arrange a return or exchange. I'll provide you with all the details you need to return, and get a replacement or refund as speedily as possible. Do be honest and let me know the reason as it helps in making better products and experiences in the future. 

Please note: Return delivery for items which are not faulty will be at the customers expense. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders and earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)
